AGI Design Studio LLC is a design studio registered in Florida, serving residential and hospitality clients in Texas and Florida. Ivan Clavijo, Founder and Principal, has developed design work since 2004, with more than 200 food and beverage projects and 25+ residential projects across Latin America and the United States.

AGI uses AI tools in its design process to produce and compare more alternatives at the concept stage, and to deliver documentation with more decisions already resolved — which reduces improvisation during construction.
AGI listens to understand your needs, helps you choose the right plan, and provides a quote within 48 hours of the call.
Concept development and space planning, run through AGI's documented design methodology — the same standard on every project, regardless of size.
Scheduled review meetings at each milestone. Nothing moves forward until you approve it, within the review periods and revision rounds set in your project agreement.
You receive the deliverables included in your selected plan, ready for your contractor or licensed professionals. From there, AGI can continue coordinating with the professionals involved to help move the project toward permit approval.
AGI stays available through construction to answer questions and protect the design intent. This covers questions about the design; site visits, submittal review and vendor coordination are quoted separately. Extended construction-phase support is available as an add-on.
